Cindy Dillon is a registered nurse with over 30 years experience in health care and is the founder of Balance-Quest and Choices 4 Families. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Pennslyvania. She is a charter member of the Holistic Nurse's Association and is certified in Therapeutic Touch and as a Oneness Sound Assistant. She combines her traditional health care background with holistic health principles.

Choices 4 Families is a non profit organization whose inspiration came after the death of a 5 year old child, Chelsea. Cindy worked with Chelsea and her family for over two years. During that time she provided traditional chemotherapy home care and, ultimately, hospice care. Toward the end of Chelsea's life, her parents began exploring complementary/alternative/holistic options.
