interactive computer programs that access the body’s natural health and wellness power. They also include relaxation
techniques, nutritional guidelines and other holistic approaches to balance the body. You will discuss your choices with Cindy and together you can decide
what is appropriate based on your own comfort level. The power to
manage your particular life stresses and health issues is already yours. Cindy will guide you in learning to activate
